Shipping and Returns Policy

- In some circumstances delivery may take up to 4 weeks.
Our products are made to order for each customer.
(Exclusively, we do not usually stock products. All products are handmade specifically for each customer)
Normally, items need 1 to 2 weeks for production and outbound shipping.
Arrival times vary depending on the country of destination.
Please find the return policy as follows:
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return authorization number. We cannot process returns without this number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
(Shipping costs are non-refundable.)
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
(Only size inconsistencies or damage will be considered.)
Detailed size chart tables are provided with each product description.
If an incorrectly sized product needs to be exchanged, we will replace the item. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
If our factory is responsible for sending an incorrectly sized or damaged item; the item will be replaced and shipped at the manufactures expense.
(A photo of the damaged item and packaging is mandatory.)
